We are pleased to accept urgent orders over the telephone, but cannot be held responsible for any transcription errors, which may occur. It is in the customer’s interest to provide written confirmation of all orders.

Carriage and packing charges are applied to all deliveries, because of the majority of deliveries being heavy when in multiples, it is sometimes more economical sending items on a pallet carrier as opposed to parcel carrier. Accordingly to assist customers calculating carriage, the weight of each item is shown against respective components in the compatible components catalogue and if used in conjunction with carriage charges below an indication of carriage charges can be ascertained.

for Scottish islands add - £5.00 per consignment
for Saturday delivery - £20.00 per consignment

pallet size 1200mm x 1000mm x 600mm high - 200kg £45.00
pallet size 1200mm x 1000mm x 900mm high - 500kg £55.00
pallet size 1200mm x 1000mm x 1800mm high - 1000kg £65.00

Within London WI and WC postcode add an additional £20.00 to each respective pallet size. Within Scotland, Southern Ireland and Northern Ireland postcodes please request a separate price.

All prices quoted are subject to V.A.T at the standard rate.

Strictly Nett 30 days from date of invoice on all orders above £100.00, were credit terms have been approved. All orders below £100.00 and where no credit terms have been approved to be on pro-forma invoice, paid by credit card or cheque prior to good being dispatched. Please note no credit charges to be added to transaction.

Every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However if goods are damaged on arrival or incorrect it is imperative you contact our sales office immediately. Liability or claims will only be accepted if reported within five days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation charges are applicable to any special items and those with none standard colour finishes.

The title of goods shall not pass until payment has been made to us of the full contract price and in the case of non-payment, we shall be entitled to repossess or trace the goods or the proceeds of sale in your hands or in the hands of any liquidator or receiver.
